About Sterling Interstate
Sterling Interstate is a locally-owned small moving company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We provide packing, loading, transportation and unloading services, as well as custom crates and storage services. With knowledgeable and efficient staff, we can make your move as seamless as possible.
Our goal is to make every move as stress-free and smooth as possible. We stand by the belief that first and foremost, we are in the customer service industry and we demonstrate that ideal throughout every step in the moving process. We provide dedicated movers for every job, local or long distance. By dedicating movers to jobs we ensure accountability with every load as well as avoid potential accidents from occurring when potential miscommunication could occur between loader, driver, and unloader.

Elliot Helm, Owner & Operator
Elliot started working in the moving industry back in 2012. He worked side-by-side with the moving company owner, who taught him everything he knows about ensuring the safety of each move not only for all the belongings, but also for the people involved in the process. His mentor passed down his attention to detail not only for boxing, wrapping, and padding all the homeowner’s belongings—no matter how big or small—but also for ways to remove the stress of moving from the customers’ shoulders. Through communication and consistent safe practices, smooth moves can be achieved.
After 5 years of learning the moving trade, Elliot went into business for himself, opening the doors of Sterling Interstate in early 2017. Since establishing Sterling Interstate, he has assembled experienced personnel who also care about what they do.

They disassemble any furniture that needs to be broken down, and when it arrives at your location they quickly and properly reassemble. We moved out of state and they kept in touch with where they were and showed up right on time to unload. The two guys unloading were fantastic, they put together the big items, hung the flat screen and put items in the rooms as the boxes were labeled.
This is the only company I would use they are beyond great, they were courteous and they treat you like family.

When we learned that Elliot had started his own business, there was no hesitation in hiring this group of strong and great group of guys. They are very careful, always protect your furniture, and never take shortcuts, and still expedient. They arrive on time, confirm date/time/location, and arrive with smiles. You really must experience this moving company to believe there can be movers this good and reasonably priced. They moved the contents of our whole home. They worked REALLY hard and only took one short break, which they called a "Hard Five!" LOL Thanks for a great move to your whole team!
